• Research & Development (R&D):Designing, testing, and modifying vehicle components, engines, and systems (e.g., transmissions, electronic controls) to improve performance, fuel efficiency, and safety.
• Manufacturing and Assembly:Producing parts and assembling complete vehicles, which includes managing raw materials, robotic assembly lines, and implementing lean production systems.
• Importation and local assembly of electric vehicles (tricycles, motorcycles, scooters and cargo vans vehicles etc.)
• Rider onboarding, training, and operational support.
• Fleet monitoring, tracking, and recovery support.
• Supply Chain Management:Sourcing components from specialized manufacturers and managing logistics to ensure timely production, particularly regarding battery and electric car components.
